Senior Living Advisor is a locally owned New Jersey company offering free personalized advice to you or your loved one to determine the best options for senior living.

If it’s the right time to make a move, we will explore all available options, including ranch homes, single-floor condos, 55+ communities, Independent Living Communities, Assisted Living Communities, and Memory Care. To find the appropriate senior living community for you, we take into account your medical, financial, and geographical needs, as well as your personal preferences and interests.

Our goal is to help you prepare for a successful transition, ensuring that you feel comfortable, welcomed, and well cared for in your new senior living community.

Our Story

Judy Collan opened Senior Living Advisor in 2014 to help NJ seniors and their loved ones to navigate senior living. Judy is a Certified Senior Advisor® and a Senior Real Estate Specialist®. After experiencing firsthand the lack of resources available while helping her mother and mother-in-law find assisted living, she founded Senior Living Advisor LLC to support families facing similar decisions. For more than 20 years, Judy has helped seniors across New Jersey transition to senior living. She holds a BS from the Rutgers College of Engineering and previously worked as a project manager at Johnson & Johnson.

Judy Collan

Judy is a Certified Senior Advisor® and a Senior Real Estate Specialist®. For more than 20 years, Judy has helped seniors across New Jersey transition to senior living.
